〔2026〕12号 为防范市场风险，维护市场秩序，保护交易者合法权益，我所对违反交易所规则的行为采取自律监管措施。2026年9月情况如下：处理自成交超限行为3起，频繁报撤单超限行为3起，实际控制关系账户合并持仓超限行为2起，共涉及客户16名。对5名客户采取限制开仓措施，对11名客户所在会员采取电话提示措施。处理违反交易限额行为26起，对涉及的70名客户采取限制开仓措施。处理客户套保持仓超过其相应资产配比要求的行为6起，对涉及的6名客户采取谈话提醒、限制开仓、限期调整、要求报告情况等措施。处理违规线索2起，对1起违规案件中的6名客户采取通报批评、限制开仓、没收违规所得的纪律处分措施，并将处理结果计入资本市场诚信信息数据库；对1起违规线索中的1家会员采取书面警示的自律管理措施。特此公告。 中国金融期货交易所 2026年10月23日
