# CZCE sets QFII/RQFII arrangements for commodity futures and options: margin banks, account opening

郑商函〔2026〕894号 各有关单位：为便于合格境外机构投资者和人民币合格境外机构投资者（以下简称合格境外投资者）进一步参与郑州商品交易所（以下简称郑商所）商品期货、期权的交易，现将相关事项通知如下：一、具有郑商所境内客户期货保证金存管业务资格的银行，可以直接从事合格境外投资者的期货保证金存管业务（具体银行名单参见附件）。二、期货公司会员接受合格境外投资者委托进行郑商所商品期货、期权交易的，应当按照《期货市场客户开户管理规定》和中国期货市场监控中心《特殊单位客户统一开户业务操作指引》，为合格境外投资者办理开户手续，并严格按照《关于扩大合格境外投资者参与商品期货、期权交易范围的公告》（〔2026〕148号）等有关要求，做好客户交易权限的管理工作。对于合格境外投资者从事实行适当性制度的品种交易的，期货公司会员应当严格执行《郑州商品交易所期货交易者适当性管理办法》和《郑州商品交易所期货交易者适当性制度操作指引》的要求，做好合格境外投资者的交易者适当性管理工作。三、请期货公司做好交易权限管理和规则解读，充分提示合格境外投资者参与交易、结算等业务相关的注意事项与风险，引导合格境外投资者有序参与商品期货、期权交易。四、请各有关单位做好合格境外投资者参与商品期货、期权交易的各项准备工作，加强风险防控，确保市场平稳运行。特此通知。 附件：郑州商品交易所境内客户期货保证金指定存管银行名单 郑州商品交易所2026年9月24日附件：郑州商品交易所境内客户期货保证金指定存管银行名单
