上期发〔2026〕337号 各有关单位： 为便于合格境外机构投资者和人民币合格境外机构投资者（以下统称合格境外投资者）进一步参与上海期货交易所（以下简称上期所）商品期货、期权的交易，现将相关事项通知如下： 一、可以从事合格境外投资者的期货保证金存管业务的银行名单参见附件。 二、期货公司会员接受合格境外投资者委托进行上期所商品期货、期权交易的，应当按照《期货市场客户开户管理规定》和中国期货市场监控中心《特殊单位客户统一开户业务操作指引》，为合格境外投资者办理开户手续，并严格按照《关于进一步扩大合格境外投资者参与商品期货、期权交易范围的公告》（上期所公告〔2026〕214号）等有关要求，做好客户交易权限的管理工作。 对于合格境外投资者从事实行适当性制度的品种交易的，期货公司会员应当严格执行《上海期货交易所期货交易者适当性管理办法》和《上海期货交易所期货交易者适当性制度操作指引》的要求，做好合格境外投资者的交易者适当性管理工作。 三、请期货公司做好交易权限管理和规则解读，充分提示合格境外投资者参与交易、结算等业务相关的注意事项与风险，引导合格境外投资者有序参与商品期货、期权交易。 四、请各有关单位做好合格境外投资者参与商品期货、期权交易的各项准备工作，加强风险防控，确保市场平稳运行。 特此通知。 附件：上海期货交易所指定存管银行名单 上海期货交易所 2026年9月24日
