〔2026〕224号 为切实强化风险防范，加强一线监管，规范期货交易行为，保障期货市场参与者的合法权益，上海期货交易所（以下简称上期所）持续开展自律监管工作。2026年9月份自律监管信息如下： 异常交易行为管理方面，处理异常交易行为30起，其中，自成交超限17起，频繁报撤单超限8起，大额报撤单1起，日内开仓量超限4起，均通过会员单位对上述达到异常交易处理标准的客户进行提示。对1名客户和4个实际控制关系账户组采取限制开仓的监管措施并进行全市场公告。 实际控制关系账户认定与协查方面，对327组707个客户进行实际控制关系认定，对11组28个客户进行实际控制关系协查。 上期所提醒交易者在日常交易中注意合规风险并做好实际控制关系账户的报备。 特此公告。 上海期货交易所 2026年10月16日
