Reading guides

Read the night session named in the notice

A trading-day label and a calendar evening can differ. Use the explicit session wording in the official notice.

The 2 November example

SHFE and INE state that their spread-order expansion starts on 2 November 2026, including the continuous trading session on the evening of 30 October. Reading only the November date would miss that earlier calendar evening.

Scope still matters

SHFE names aluminium, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, alumina, silver, stainless steel, butadiene rubber and pulp futures. INE names bonded copper and TSR 20. Other products and inter-product combinations are subject to further notices. This example does not establish the calendar for every future notice.
