Questions

When does the email arrive?

After 22:30 Beijing time on days when something relevant to your watchlist changed, The night session may already be underway. Notices discovered after the digest cutoff are included in the next eligible evening digest; delivery is not real-time. No changes, no email.

English or Chinese?

Either. Choose your email language in the customer workspace. Chinese emails use the exchanges’ original notice titles.

Where can I subscribe from?

Anywhere. Cards from most countries and territories work for the USD subscription. From mainland China, prepay one year in CNY (CNY 1,688) with WeChat Pay, Alipay or card; it does not renew automatically, and you renew from your workspace with the same key. The free notice and parameter pages are open to everyone.

Is this real-time data or trading advice?

Neither. CEC organises official notices and parameters for research and monitoring. It does not provide prices, trading advice or your broker’s account-specific margin settings. The official notice always prevails.

How much history is available?

Daily parameter history starts on 9 Oct 2026. Not every field is available for every exchange; files leave missing values empty.

How do I get access after payment?

Return to CEC to claim your access key, then open the customer workspace to set your watchlist and email language. You can recover access any time through a one-time link sent to your subscription email.

What if it’s not for me?

Ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.
