Publication date is not the effective date
A notice can be published before a parameter change applies. Keep the announcement, the effective boundary and the latest daily parameter table separate.
LH2701: the dates that matter
DCE published the LH2701 notice on 23 October 2026. It changes the trading margin from 8% to 10% from settlement on 27 October. The available daily parameter snapshot dated 23 October still shows 8%.
Compare the same contract and field
An announced rate is not a replacement for the latest available daily row. Where several margin provisions apply, this notice requires the higher prescribed rate. Your broker’s account margin may differ from an exchange parameter.
