Who must submit for CZCE’s 2026 market-maker review, and by when?
Existing CZCE futures and options market makers must submit the annual-review materials through the member service system by 30 October 2026, inclusive. All materials must bear the firm’s official seal.
Which annual-review materials does the notice require?
The notice lists a scan of the original 2025 audited financial report; market-making department roles and responsibilities plus personnel lists, résumés and employment contracts; an undertaking of no major violations in the past three years; a currently effective regulatory filing or no-objection letter for market making; and other materials, including the market-maker information report. Must a firm making markets in both futures and options use two submission accounts?
No. One member-service-system account is sufficient. Futures and options materials may be completed separately and uploaded as multiple attachments. CZCE may request supplemental materials.

各做市商：
为强化做市商资格持续管理，根据《郑州商品交易所做市商管理办法》规定，现开展郑州商品交易所（以下简称郑商所）2026年度做市商资格年检工作，现将有关事项通知如下。
一、年检对象
郑商所现有期货、期权做市商
二、年检材料
1.2025年度经审计的财务报告原件扫描件；
2.做市交易部门的岗位设置和职责规定，以及从事做市交易的负责人及相关人员的名单、履历、劳动合同（按附件1填写）；
3.最近三年无重大违法违规行为的承诺书（式样见附件2）；
4.生效中的所在行业主管机构出具的关于做市业务备案函或无异议函等；
5.其他材料，包括但不限于做市商信息报告表（按附件3填写）等。
三、年检流程
1.材料报送要求。请于2026年10月30日（含）前，通过会员服务系统提交年检材料，所有材料均需加盖单位公章。同时是期货和期权做市商的公司仅需在一个会员服务系统账号中提交材料，期货和期权有关材料可分别填写，并通过多个附件上传。郑商所可以根据需要要求做市商提交补充材料。
2.郑商所审核。郑商所根据收到的材料等，审核做市商是否持续满足资格条件，以及是否存在应当取消资格的其他情况。
