当事人：
王钰，籍贯上海市，1970年出生。 2025年9月4日至12月31日，王钰通过王钰账户与他人账户，在锡、镍、氧化铝等期货合约上相互交易，转移资金、扰乱市场秩序。上述行为已构成《上海期货交易所违规处理办法》第三十二条第一款第三项的违规行为，依据该办法第三十二条之规定，交易所决定：
1. 给予王钰公开谴责处分；
2. 责令改正，给予王钰自收到违规处理决定书次日起暂停开仓交易12个月的处分；
3. 并处王钰罚款7万元，在违规案件处理决定书生效之日起5个交易日内如数缴纳至上海期货交易所指定账户。
相关期货公司应加强对客户的合规教育，加强对网上交易的监控和管理，防范类似事件再次发生。
