孙权作为山东楚铝铝业有限公司（以下简称山东楚铝）的员工、期货交易员，自2026年3月6日至2026年4月30日期间，在上期所铝期货al2609、al2610、al2611、al2612、al2702、al2703、al2704合约上，操作孙权账户与山东楚铝账户相互成交121次，507手，孙权违规获利125,325元。上述行为已构成《上海期货交易所违规处理办法》第三十二条第一款第三项规定的违规行为。依据该办法第三十二条，本所决定：
1.给予孙权通报批评处分。
2.责令改正，给予孙权自收到违规处理决定书次日起暂停开仓交易12个月的处分。
3.处孙权罚款5万元。
相关期货公司应加强对客户的合规教育，加强对网上交易的监控和管理，防范类似事件再次发生。
