CZCE amends delivery warehouse and factory warehouse rules; Art. 25 and Art. 19 effective 21 Dec 2026

Summary

CZCE published amendments to its Measures for the Administration of Designated Commodity Delivery Warehouses and its Measures for Designated Commodity Delivery Factory Warehouses. The amendments were approved by the 6th meeting of its 9th Board and reported to the CSRC. Article 25 of the revised warehouse measures and Article 19 of the revised factory warehouse measures take effect from 21 December 2026. All other clauses take effect from publication on 3 November 2026.
