Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Public site. No account is needed. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- CEC Pro subscribers. Your email address, subscription status and plan, the watchlist, webhook address and preferences you set, a hashed form of your access key, and delivery logs (what was sent, when, and whether it was delivered).
- Launch list. If you ask to be notified, your email address and language, used only to send one email when subscriptions open; the address is deleted after that email is sent.
- Payments. Handled entirely by Link, Stripe’s merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe shares with us what is needed to manage your subscription, such as your email, country and payment status. A prepaid year paid in CNY is processed by Stripe directly, with WeChat Pay or Alipay where you choose them; we receive the same limited payment information.
How we use it
To deliver alerts, manage your subscription, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Stripe and Link (payments, receipts and tax), Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), and our cloud server provider in Singapore. They process data only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
Subscriber data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends, unless law requires longer. Delivery logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing data@chinaexchangecirculars.com. We handle requests under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and reply within 30 days. You can also manage or delete your payment data with Link directly.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify subscribers by email of material changes.
