CEC Pro Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026. Operated by WANG YANG, an individual in Singapore. Contact: data@chinaexchangecirculars.com.
1. What CEC Pro is
CEC Pro delivers structured English alerts and files about notices, rules and trading parameters (margins, price limits, fees and position limits) published by China’s six futures exchanges: SHFE, INE, DCE, CZCE, GFEX and CFFEX. Alerts are delivered by email, private RSS and webhook. CEC Pro is a timely information service, not a real-time feed.
2. Information only, not advice
CEC Pro is general market information. It is not investment, legal, tax or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, an exchange or a licensed financial adviser.
3. The official notice prevails
Every alert links to the exchange’s original notice. English summaries are prepared with automated tools and checked, but may contain errors or omissions. If an alert and the official Chinese notice differ, the official notice prevails. Confirm with the exchange or your broker before acting.
4. Subscription and billing
CEC Pro is sold by subscription at USD 29.90 per month or USD 299 per year. Payments are processed by Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which appears on your receipt and card statement. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout depending on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Link; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You can instead prepay one year for CNY 1,688, paid once with WeChat Pay, Alipay or card. A prepaid year is sold directly by us and processed by Stripe; the price shown is the total you pay. It gives 365 days of access from payment and does not renew automatically. Renewing adds one year to the end of your current paid period, or starts from the payment date if access has already ended, and keeps the same key.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy.
6. Your licence
A subscription is for internal use by one person, or by one team within a single organisation. You may use alerts in your own work and share individual alerts with colleagues in that team. You may not resell, republish, broadcast or redistribute CEC Pro alerts, files, feeds or webhook payloads, or make them available to people outside your subscription. Linking to the exchanges’ public notices is always fine.
7. Keys and access
Your private RSS address and access key are credentials. Keep them confidential. If you believe one has leaked, use the recovery link sent to your subscription email to replace it; the old key stops working.
8. Availability
We aim to deliver alerts promptly after each exchange publishes, but delivery depends on the exchanges’ websites and on third-party infrastructure. Alerts may be delayed or, rarely, missed. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue CEC Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, CEC Pro, including errors, delays or omissions in alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for CEC Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches section 6 or abuses the service, for example through excessive automated requests. Otherwise you may cancel at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site and, for subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use CEC Pro after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
