Refund Policy

First payment. If CEC Pro is not right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, monthly, annual or prepaid year.
After that. Cancel a subscription at any time through Link. A prepaid year needs no cancellation; it simply ends. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
If we discontinue CEC Pro. We refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
How to ask. Through Link at link.com, where your purchase is listed, or by email to data@chinaexchangecirculars.com from the address you subscribed with. Link may also process eligible refund requests directly under its own policy. For a prepaid year, email us from the address you paid with.
