It also handled 6 cases involving 6 clients whose hedge positions exceeded corresponding asset-ratio requirements. In 1 disciplinary case, 6 clients received public censure, opening restrictions and confiscation of illicit gains, with results entered in the capital-market integrity database. In a separate misconduct lead, 1 member received a written warning.

CZCE Cup corporate hedging competition: registration opens on 26 October

CZCE invites enterprises legally registered in mainland China to its corporate hedging competition. Registration and hedging-plan submission run from 26 October to 31 December 2026. Simulated trading starts the day after plan submission and ends on 31 March 2027; summaries are due from 1 to 15 April, with judging in April-May. Each enterprise must appoint one coaching futures company. Teams need at least three members, including one coach, and choose one product group. Futures companies must apply as partners by 15 November 2026.

CZCE Cup corporate hedging competition: online briefing on 26 October
